About The Others: The life of the subversives.

Earlier I told you that there is a place called Peronia , I told you how some of its citizens live, I described their economic and social backwardness. Today I will talk about citizens who are close to ostracism. It happens that in Peronia there is a group branded as subversives, to say it in some way, they are people born in Peronia who are tired of the repression of violent group s, the mafia, corruption and the brazenness of the unions. Recently this group was joined by a group of people who have been destitute, come from a place that no longer exists but in their dreams, where there is no hope, where uncertainty about the future is the only certainty and just as food Faith is also scarce. They have nowhere else to return, their homes have been destroyed, but they are afraid of not being able to continue to take refuge in Peronia.
Together they form a group of people who not only do not fit in Peronia, but who are victims of constant attacks, they are the others, the di...

A Normal Day in Peronia

In a forgotten continent called America, just to the south, almost closer to the ocean, is Peronia. Peronia has existed since 1946, when a soldier along with trade unionists took the presidency as a hostage. From then until today, the citizens of Peronia continue to follow the same rules: high controls that regulate life, inflation, impossibility to invest in the long term, and are forced to save on their devalued currency: the peso. I write just before the general strike, unions organized to stop the country, ordinary citizens will not receive tomorrow's salary, if they are forced to work they will have to pay triple or more to be able to move to their jobs and then return home. Since today the day has been complicated, the ATMs crowded with people, want to have cash, yes, for these citizens is essential in case they can not pay with debit or credit card, yes, in a world where electronic transfers and bitcoin already exists as currency. I went to a hotel in...

RawTherapee review

Since my Adobe Lightroom expired days ago (and right now it costs almost 200usd on Adobe's main page) I decided look an alternative and give it a chance. The main alternative I found is RawTherapee My main preoccupation about was about what happens when I import a Canon Raw 2 (.cr2) image and if it's work correctly. It works fine! I been trying like 20 minutes some changes and doing profiles until moment of saving a image THIS happens.     I opened again an I found my changes on course, and I didn't lose anything, then I exported my result. What I found is something I been looking through the edit process that is a BIG NOISE on the image. Then I make another test on Adobe CameraRaw   As you see, there is noise but in any way comparable with how RawTherapee manages it. Conclusion: Since I used the worst possible photo to edit, Adobe manages wide better the noise, doing it some preprocess that never gets same result on an app...

The Gigstr nonsense

In the process that I am doing to apply different temporal job positions, I needed to offer my personal information to many sites and apps. One of the apps for work in Sweden as waiter, conferencer, or others is Gigstr. I skipped that advices many times, until I really need one of those positions. For my surprise, this app have no version for Android 4.x at least. Let’s see… If Gigstr is for job seekers, and job seekers needs the money… is accepted to ask audience to have a Tinder-capable device?  When a company develops a product with big requirements can come from: Poor budgeting High framework using Highly specialized groups Then you get: Discrimination: for those who really want to work, and not to have the last mobile. Dependency: you have no web-based apps as alternative, or others platform “to see” the position, also for the employer that can’t access to reliable information to know how much job offer market they are losing at: at least 10%....

The late Stockholm

Few weeks ago when I signed up as volunteer on The Gather Festival on Stockholm city. I were in Gothenburg back then, so I deceided to move to Stockholm via FlixBus (the cheaper long-distance buses on the european union). Due to a calculation error I were waiting 15 hours on the Central Station of Gothenburg with nothing to do but wait. In that moment I realized that the polices of Sweden doesn't allows you to sleep in the station, and in the exact moment you get into confort on the non-confortable seatings, the blue dressed guys wake up you telling you need to seat or left the place. Outside was so cold, so for me was ok to wait in a seated way. In the while, I fell asleep near 5am in an unconfortable position, I waked up rapidly and start walking because the need of mantain me active. I forget my mobile phone in the seat. 5 minutes after when I back for my phone it just wasn't there. So there I was: alone and with no phone. I tried to find it via Google but it was off, some...
